Flat and slip-on lids for hygienic pallet boxes
Flat lid for hygienic pallet boxes in Euro format. It rests flush on the box rim, protects the contents from contamination and — with no ribs on the surface — comes clean quickly during wet cleaning.

Overlapping slip-on lid with a circumferential rim: it closes the pallet box at the sides rather than merely resting on top. Optionally with a gasket and toggle latches — the combination that turns the box into a closed transport container.
Wheels, threads, seals and outlet tap

2″ threaded ports, welded in or moulded in — the interface for an outlet tap, screw cap or hose connection on containers that are drained rather than tipped.
Matching seals for threads, closures and slip-on lids. Available individually as wear parts, so a sealed container stays sealed.
Outlet tap in the 2″ thread for controlled draining of liquid and pasty media — no decanting, no tipping of the container.
RFID and barcode — moulded in, not stuck on
RFID transponders are moulded directly into the container wall using the in-mould process. Protected beneath the closed PE surface, they survive high-pressure and caustic cleaning — unlike adhesive tags.
Barcodes and plain-text markings, likewise applied using the in-mould process. You define position and content — from a running container number to a plant or customer code.

Where cutter trolleys need to be covered, simply order the matching polyethylene lids along with them — the contents are then protected against contamination. We likewise keep item-specific PE lids for our pallet boxes, turning them into closed containers.
